Jacqueline Kasen has been immersed in the fitness world since her youth. From participating in the Junior Olympics to excelling as a collegiate athlete and now as a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Coach, and Exercise Specialist.
Her passion is to help people become something greater than themselves, and that passion has driven her to become a die-hard Professional in the Health & Fitness arena.
Her extensive experience and knowledge have developed unique skills to work with clients at every fitness level. She has worked with Beginners to Professional Athletes to Olympic Gold Medalists creating individualized programs tailored to each individual’s long-term goals.
Jacqueline obtained her B.S in Exercise Science with a minor in Health from Plymouth State University in 2007. She has since dedicated herself to further her studies by specializing in a number of areas including:

Before her career as an exercise specialist, she worked at Inspired Studios formerly known as Peter Pan Industries (PPI). She worked on the production of fitness DVD’s for various fitness celebrities such as Denise Austin, Leslie Sansone, Tony Little, Minna Lessig; just to name a few and worked on such titles as The Method Series, SHAPE, and Elle.
Jacqueline has trained in New York City, Boston, and currently in Miami Beach. She has personally trained in Miami Beach for the past nine years and is actively a body architect and group fitness instructor at Anatomy at 1220 since the facility as opened. She is currently sponsored by Reebok, BPI Sports, a Master Trainer for Technogym, Polar, and provides written content for several media sources. She has been featured in SHAPE magazine, SELF, Cosmopolitan, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Radar, several television segments on NBC, ABC, Deco Drive, Telemundo and various fitness infomercials.
